I believe that the real damage that's done by bullying is that the victims often start believing the negative messages they hear and stop believing in themselves. This leads to them giving up on the belief that they can make a difference in the world. Then not only do the victims lose out, but we all lose out, too. Maybe those victims would have done great things in the world one day - but gave up too soon. We all suffer as a result because we lost a potentially great person who didn't live up to their potential as a result of being bullied. I love the work you’re doing!
